By accessing or using TidySKU ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
TidySKU is a product data management platform that lets you organise, enrich, and distribute product information across sales channels. We provide the Service on a subscription basis, with a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You retain full ownership of all product data and content you upload to TidySKU. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period before suspending access. Your data will not be deleted during suspension — you can resume by updating your payment method.
Each plan has a product limit as described on our pricing page. If you exceed your plan's limit, you will need to upgrade or remove products before adding new ones. We will not delete your data if you exceed the limit.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support levels vary by plan, as detailed on our pricing page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TidySKU's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may request a data export within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
